Whole Foods Market App revisa

When I open the app, it shows my local store. But when I click on Products, it shows a different store and does not allow me to change that to my local store, even though it shows my store based on my location. So I can’t see what’s in my local store, or the prices in my local store (our prices are a LOT higher than what’s displayed for the other store.)

You can tell this app was an afterthought. Most of the important features never work, such as locating products in your local store.

Whole foods in my area doesnt use grubhub and i cant order on the app anymore , i dont order anything in person so this is really annoying and counterproductive

This app allows you to select what it lists but there is no way we could type in for what we are shopping for. Bad design!

Although my location is set, on other pages in the app it always says Lamar, TX. So whether those sales are Lamar or My location who knows. It's really only good for the QR, but even that is questionable since it needs my number I can plug that in for prime discount

The function or efficiency of this app, is horrible. How is it this bad??? Please fix it. It’s so difficult to find a product, store check, or do anything productive to be honest. Be better.

Wasted my time trying to search for the products my friends said they got at Whole Foods. The search button takes me to browse product categories that are not even close. Come on, you can do better.

I used to like the app when it was easy to search for products, or browse sale items to add to the shopping list. Now under “sales” there are products that you must click for eligible items, which then shows up with no “add to lists” option. When you click to back arrow it brings you back to a different store no matter how many times I set my store. I got so frustrated that I do not shop at Whole Foods as often as before. Please fix your terrible app!

Never really had much of an issue with it before, but ever since my local Whole Foods location closed, the sales tab doesn’t work. It’s just blank. Sales was the one aspect of the app that I really found useful, so now the app isn't at all. It’s really pathetic that a tech company like Amazon can’t put out a halfway decent app.

The only reason I have this app is so I know when things go on sale. The app itself is very user unfriendly. For example, my home store is the Portsmouth location, which it shows me the sales for… but whenever I click on an item, it now says my home store is the Lamar location.

This app is too glitchy and I literally just want to know what aisle things are in.

Would be incredibly beneficial when using the pickup feature if the app showed what is actually in stock. To order something, then go for pickup and not even have the ordered or backup is incredibly frustrating. Nothing ever shows the inventory, and this is a simple function/software integration with in-store functionality. Think about the customer satisfaction that would come from this.

App refuses to let me stay signed in or set my store. Keeps reverting to some store in the LA area. Not helpful or useful. I now remember why I stopped using it in the first place. Delete.

I spent quite a bit of time in the store searching for a common baking good - corn syrup. You can’t search on the app to get aisle and shelf location (as you can do at Home Depot). You’d think that given the Amazon ownership, Whole Foods would have the best app. Think again.

1)Defaults my location every time I open the app to the middle of the country. 2)Can not add things to a shopping list That alone invalidates every other function except for the QR code for live membership tracking in store. 3)Incomplete inventory of local store 4)shows the prices from other stores and makes me upset how much extra it is to live in the Bay 5)I don’t rember what 5 was but that’s a lot already

Horrible experience trying to shop when it continues to ask you to select a location! I keep selecting and never saves it!

I tried to search for “whole milk.” Among the search results I received were so-called “plant-based milks” and low-fat yogurt. For an app to have been out this long and be so poor in its function and features betrays a lack of concern for customer service on par with the wireless industry.

This app is terrible and needs a complete overhaul. Search doesn’t work properly. If I add things to my list, I can’t click on the item to see a picture.

I changed my store from Lamar to Arbor Trail. When I tap on Sales it shows Arbor Trail. When I next tap on Products, it reverts to Lamar store. This is a new problem, which I never had before.

It does nothing well. Just trash it and start over…

How about automatically making the brightness 100% when you open the in-store code so the scanners will read it? If United Airlines, a company that has gone bankrupt in my lifetime, can accomplish this with their app, surely a company that generates enough extra money to build an entire space program can do the same.

It’s shocking that an Amazon company has a horrible app. Compared to the Publix app, it lacks the basic features I need. You can’t search a product from the list feature. I searched ketchup and meatloaf came up. I would shop there more often if the app worked better.

Things that I know my local store keeps stock on, and currently have in stock, are nowhere to be found. The app will also sometimes force-autocorrect to something entirely different. Store selection is broken. I CANNOT select the San Ramon store, it just keeps kicking me back to Lamar, TX. HOT GARBAGE.

Used to be way better, friendly people and quality of products prior to acquisition by Amazon. Do not recommend.

As a day 1 Whole Foods employee, I downloaded this app to help customers locate items instead of just saying “I don’t know” or hunting for someone else. Unfortunately, it never tells you which aisle the products are in. The website works for this, the app does not. It just says undefined or something like that where it’s supposed to say the aisle.

Unable to set my store; keeps reverting back to Lamar, TX and asks me to log back in each time I click on something

This app continually adds items to our list. I can see that it was added 5 min ago which I know I didn’t add. Some things we don’t even eat. I constantly have to double check it.

What I need from a shopping app is search. Do they sell a product, and for how much? This app has the worst search I’ve ever seen, and it has been this way for years. For example, I was looking for Talenti Gelato. Searching on Talenti brings up nothing. Searching on Gelato brings up a few items, none of them actually Gelato. What is so hard about making this work?

Chatted with rep from Whole Foods, who promised me a $100 gift card since my prime code was not working in-store for the past few years. He lied and never sent the gift card. I took screenshots of chat. Terrible customer service!

I set the store near me like 10 times in just 5 minutes but when search for something and click on the result it changes my store to Lamar, Texas! Why??? So, use less app. When you have Amazon that works perfectly why this app is acting so stupid??? FIX IT for good!

I have light sensitivity issues and require my brightness to be on the lower setting at all times, but this app automatically cranks your brightness to high when you open it. Why!? I couldn’t even look at the screen to figure out how to change it. Deleted immediately.

Seriously? I use my iPad in landscape mode. This app won’t turn. So it’s almost unusable for me. Also search function BITES.

I went to whole foods Sunnyvale store hot bar trying get some food i saw chicken masala lot of liquid in it nothing chicken there why ? Customers wil spend lots money and then get nothing?

Search doesn’t work for basic food products, doesn’t sort by prices, doesn’t give current prices, doesn’t maintain my current location and store selection and is a general waste of time if you are trying to see what they have. I downloaded this app to see if it’s better than theit own website. Well, no same issues. If I search for “apple” i want to see what kind of apples you have. Not apple juice, not apple pies, not sliced apples and certainly not mangos or cherries. You can’t even display your bananas! Your shopping list is just as worthless. Take for instance “Bread”. You won’t let me be specific on what kind of bread. What is this?? Is this 1920 and you only have one kind of bread? You would think that as an Amazon company, you would have a useable app!

I’m having trouble searching for products in the app. It makes it easy to Browse by category but when I hit the magnifying glass to search, the search window doesn’t show up or doesn’t consistently appear. And when I tried to contact customer support it doesn’t give me any category for app issues, just ones like store and product ones. Then it basically forces me to call. I’m just an iPhone latest iOS.

Hey Amazon , integrate functionality in connection between customer and shoppers , very useless delivery options without chat with shoppers

Seems to have some bugs. "My Store" has been set to my local store in Boston since I've had the app, yet whenever I'm reviewing this week's sales, if I click on a particular item, the store changes to "Lamar." Sometimes the incorrect "Lamar" setting sticks even when I navigate to other parts of the app. Very frustrating.

What they claim is on sale isn’t. I compared prices with Walmart and there’s such a big difference. For example, honey crisp apples are $2.66 per lb but at Walmart they’re $1.89. And there are three different prices listed for each item. Prime members get a discount but there’s no discount. lol. It’s a scam. I was hoping I would get good deals and better prices but that’s not the case. Even aldi is just as expensive as Walmart. I walked around one day at Aldi and would look up the prices at Walmart to compare and half the things at Aldi were more expensive. Just saying to prove a point that everyone claiming to have deals don’t. I just downloaded the app ten minutes ago and now I’m deleting it.

When searching for items, it’ll randomly switch stores on you, or it’ll throw an error and you have to start your search from the beginning. I love Whole Foods, but how useless this app is really discourages me from shopping there. It’s easier to view inventory and make my shopping list literally anywhere else. Amazon’s whole thing is supposed to be technology, but they are so bad at app and web dev. Goodness.

App crash while chatting with customer care and never go back, and customer care crew are wasting time

You would expect a multimillion dollar company to offer a better app. Frustrating to look for items and always get the “oh snap! we can’t seem to find this product!”

As someone who gets migraines easily, I am tired of opening the app and I’m blinded by the QR code page as the homepage. It would be great if the QR Code was a separate page, and the app opens to the product page or anything else where the brightness shoots up and shocks my eyes. I keep my brightness fairly low. So this change to the app would be great. Also, as a visual person, it would be great if the shopping list allows you to click on the item to preview the photo for reference, this would be such a handy feature when trying to find a product that’s you want to try for the first time without having to go do whole search in the app.

It's just a shocking to see an app perform so poorly when the company publishing it is owned by a tech giant like Amazon. This app not only fails to find products the company sells, but users cannot successfully select their local store. No matter how many times the app is reinstalled, or the phone's operating system updated or the phone restarted, the app reverts the store location to the Lamar store in Texas where Whole Foods started. Then, when you go to select your store, it shows you that your store is selected but as soon as you close that page and go to search for products, it shows your store as Lamar again! The customer service reps seem incapable of understanding the problems and the developers incapable of fixing them. They seem to assume it's always the user's fault and that they can do no wrong themselves. Sorry, this app stinks! Users know when an app is good and when it's not. Look at the ratings for this app.

Not sure how the developers got this app so wrong. Clearly no testing has been done. At one point it was a decent app, but now all it wants to do is track your info and gave you login at every selection. I am deleting this app as its a waist of space and energy.

No ability to place an order. You can select a product and add it to your shopping list but there is no way to CHECK OUT ! I was in my store today shopping and wanted to place an order. Was told I have to use the app to do that…. Guess I will be buying from another store as Whole Foods obviously doesn’t want my business. What a joke of an app. I would give zero stars if I could. Do not waste your time with this app.

buggy and quite useless. this app doesn't represent any accuracy of inventory by store. i downloaded and deleted in the same sitting.

Edit: thank you for putting the sales feature back. I found this app quite useful until this latest update. Whose idea was it to eliminate the feature where you could browse all the products on sale at your store? Please bring that back.
