This app has been down for weeks and doesnt work with the new iOS

Crashes upon launching

There is no search button to see if your store (or any store) carries a specific item. Whats the point of this app anyway? Apparently WF does not care if their customers are unhappy as they have not made any improvements despite the many complaints about this worthless app!

I love the app as it is very easy to use. I can look at sales and coupons to plan my shopping list, or check out the recipes and add those ingredients to my list. Next I shop and bring home all the deliciousness to my kitchen where I can create tasty morsels by following the recipes.

Sorry I updated

This used to be a good app. However, in the last few rounds of updates the primary purpose of the app has been completely broken. I use this app for the coupons and, most importantly, the ability to create shopping lists and add items from the sale list directly to my shopping lists. Lately the app has taken to deleting all of my lists at random. Ill spend an hour painstakingly writing down everything to buy (chronic illness has shot my memory), only to open the app once I get to the store and discover all of my lists have been deleted. I made sure Im signed in under the same account, and am using the same device. It doesnt seem to matter. I cant use this app anymore.

Have a new WholeFoods in the area and am unable to use the app. It wont open. It crashes, as soon as I try to open it. Cant start an account, cant check out the app. It should work on my Apple Watch, but am unable to open it on my IPhone to get it to work. So no reason to add it to my Apple Watch. Whole Foods may be natural, organic & gluten free....but IT is clearly NOT their specialty. Wont be shopping at the store, if the app doesnt work.

But now just crashes

Ever since updating the app, all my favorite recipes are missing!! And when I try to re-add them, they dont go in the favorites! Please update the app to restore all my favorite recipes!!

I just installed this app and cannot find a way to see the products they sell. I have seen tons of reviews where people are angry with newest update to the app. I am now joining the growing list of angry people who want the app fixed!!!!! These angry reviews span over many months and nothing has been done. IS THERE ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY LOOKS AT THESE REVIEWS? IS THERE ANYONES WHO CARES AT WHOLE FOODS??? UNACCEPTABLE WHOLE FOODS!!!

This app just doesnt work. It will not open when Im in the store so I cant get it scanned to receive my discounts. Ive mentioned it to store personnel and they said theyd have their tech look into it. However, that was weeks ago and still wont open for scanning. Useless! Id give it zero if I could.

Every time you open the app it crashes

It used to be good, but now my shopping lists keep disappearing. They need to fix this.

When I entered the store it worked and I saw the coupon, but when I was checking out it could not show the coupon. Tried several time, eventually failed. Wasted time.

Doesnt sync with what you do in your SAME account on desktop and even if you save your favorite recipes on the app it doesnt actually save. I spent 15 minutes favoriting my recipes on the app (already saved on the desktop) and then checked the favorites tab to find "you have no favorites" -- I even tried one more time to see if it was a user error. Really dissatisfied - I expect more from Whole Foods.

This makes me love Whole Foods even more!

I love this app, its so easy to use and helpful.
