Doesnt work!

This app just doesnt work. It will not open when Im in the store so I cant get it scanned to receive my discounts. Ive mentioned it to store personnel and they said theyd have their tech look into it. However, that was weeks ago and still wont open for scanning. Useless! Id give it zero if I could.
